I was very honored to receive the Valorie J. Snell Memorial Award for Creativity at our recent juried exhibition, Artworks/'14.  This award holds special meaning for me because it is in memory of a friend, and Valorie was a charter member and trustee of this group.  Below is additional information about the award and about Valorie Snell.
