New River Gorge in Fog

"New River Gorge in Fog"  Watercolor   (sold)

Many years ago, Bill and I visited postcard beautiful Babcock State Park and spent a week in a log cabin built in the 1930s by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC).  As a side trip, we visited the famous New River Gorge, where people gather yearly to jump off the bridge that spans the gorge, and were greeted by fog that was rolling in.  A breathtaking sight!
